Collabora da anni con ArlatiGhislandi, focalizzandosi principalmente nelle tematiche inerenti la gestione del personale di aziende con referenti stranieri, oltre che nelle attività di training teorico e pratico per clienti internazionali. È il team leader delle attività di consulenza dei progetti ADP Streamline e ADP GlobalView.
Svolge inoltre attività di consulenza per aziende italiane di ogni dimensione per diversi settori merceologici.
