The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announced the postponement of the deadline for submitting the personnel situation report for the two-year period 2022-2023 from 30 April to 15 July 2024.
The online application for drafting the biennial report on the situation of male and female employees, which must be prepared by employers with a headcount of more than fifty employees, will be made available as of 3 June 2024 on the dedicated ‘Cliclavoro’ web portal.
In order to simplify the submission of the report, the application is being revised and will be equipped with new features, including the possibility to retrieve past information.
However, the general reporting procedures established by the 29 March 2022 decree for the previous two-year period remain confirmed.
