AG has published Luca Barbieri’s article “NCBA for Workers in the Electricity Sector: Draft Agreement of 11 February 2025” in Diritto & Pratica del Lavoro, issue 10/2025, published by Wolters Kluwer.
The article examines the most significant amendments introduced by the Agreement of 11 February 2025 to both the economic and regulatory parts of the NCBA, with particular focus on the provisions concerning artificial intelligence and, in light of Legislative Decree No. 125/2025, corporate sustainability reporting. The current art. 6 on industrial relations therefore broadens its scope, introducing new communication and consultation obligations based on a new data and information economy.
