AG has published the article “AI Pact: Towards a Governance System for Artificial Intelligence” by Luca Barbieri on NT+ Lavoro by Il Sole 24 Ore.
Article 113 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, in force since 1 August 2024, provides that the system of rules it lays down on AI will acquire full legal effect only as of 2 August 2027, when the core regulatory framework governing high-risk AI systems will also apply.
