The published article is part of a research project concerning the legal and organisational aspects related to the use of high-risk artificial intelligence systems, in which ArlatiGhislandi and AG Studi e Ricerche participate together with Andrea Rossetti, Professor of Legal Informatics (AI Ethics and Law) at the University of Milan-Bicocca and co-founder of Red Open, a spin-off of the same University.
