In particular, a more structured regulation of agreements entered into pursuant to art. 14 of Legislative Decree No. 276/2003 with targeted placement services and type ‘B’ cooperatives would benefit both companies (allowing them to enjoy greater organisational flexibility) and workers with disabilities, offering them increased opportunities for genuinely targeted placement and for achieving professional growth in closer connection with their “life project” (art. 18 of Legislative Decree No. 62/2023).
