The article provides an analytical overview of the main innovations introduced by the draft agreement signed on 15 April 2025, concerning the renewal of the national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) applicable to employees in the chemical, chemical-pharmaceutical, synthetic fibres, abrasives, lubricants and LPG sectors.
