THE COLLABORATION MODEL OFFERED BY OUR STUDIO SUPPORTS THE COMPANY IN THE MANAGEMENT OF ALL THE ACTIVITIES NECESSARY FOR PROCESSING AND ADMINISTRATIVE CONSULTING ACTIVITIES, SUPPORTING THEM IN THE DAY TO DAY MANAGEMENT.

We provide customers with a qualified team of experts dedicated to resolve any management and administrative problems that may arise.

The basis of our project and of our “vision” is to merge the labour, personnel administration and payroll consulting services, through specific professional experience and knowledge of the business mechanisms and related procedures. The overview of the project includes a workflow created through:

  • a non-productive phase and evaluation of the current business situations;
  • daily multi-level collaboration.

OUR GUIDELINES

  • To establish a real, guaranteed and reliable process of collaboration;
  • to guarantee the quality standards of the Studio and the level of service essential for the Customer in a timely manner;
  • to understand the special operating characteristics of the company and the developments of the management and pay mechanism;
  • to build, together with the Customer, a partnership for personnel management;
  • to offer customers, and implement in the shortest time possible, solutions to optimise the processes and workflows for greater efficiency and synergies essential for the functioning of the services.

PAYROLL

  • Management of executive profiles in accordance with the provisions of the relevant National Collective Bargaining Agreement;
  • management of executives, managers and employee profiles based on the provisions of the relevant National Collective Bargaining Agreement and specific wage policies;
  • management of Continued, Coordinated and Collaboration profiles and Project-based profiles in accordance with art. 50, paragraph 1, letter c-bis of the Tax Consolidation Act (TUIR) and subject to compulsory contribution at INPS;
  • management of trainees;
  • management of temporary workers and posted workers for the purposes of registration in the Payroll Ledger according to Law Decree 112/08;
  • management of workers posted abroad, or workers on secondment from abroad, based on the national law in accordance with the Italian classification system or double taxation system.

REPORTS & OUTPUT

Analysis and processing of personnel accounts for cost centres, and preparation of accounting reports customised according to the specific requirements and needs of the customer.

PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION

  • Assistance in computing tasks for evaluation of individual, contractual and contributory changes and evaluation of family allowances;
  • assistance in the management of relations with Supplementary Pension Funds and Healthcare authorities;
  • assistance in the evaluation of subjective characteristics of employees and collaborators, and assistance in identifying the information necessary to put together the employee documents (tax status, dependents, analysis of contributions etc.);
  • assistance in the formulation of wages for employees and collaborators (i.e. management of illnesses, injuries, parental leave etc.);
  • assistance in the management of accident reports to INAIL;
  • assistance in the preparation of reports relating to the disabled and in sending these reports to the competent provincial body;
  • assistance in the management and in sending communications to pension funds and supplementary health insurance agencies.


The service described above allows outsourcing the wage processing tasks of employees and providing advice and support. This creates, on the one hand, a guaranteed and certified management before Authorities and Institutes and on the other hand, a valuable collaboration for consolidation and development of the Company.
